RN to BSN Program
Application Instructions
Upcoming Application Period for Spring 2027 Start
October 1, 2026 through November 2, 2026
Program applications may only be submitted during the application period. You may
apply for admission to the college before the nursing application period. If your
nursing application submission is successful, you will receive a "form successfully
submitted" email.
After your application is reviewed by the nursing program, you will receive a second
notification email. Return to your ConexED student dashboard to view your application and milestones or upload additional documents. Milestone
completion will be approved by the nursing program to verify application steps have
been completed or required documents have been received.
It is important that you verify your application was submitted and transcripts or
other items were received before the application deadline.
Minimum Requirements for Application
You must meet the following minimum requirements by the nursing application deadline to be eligible to apply to the RN to BSN Program. If you do not meet these minimum requirements, your application will not be considered.
